摘要
阐述上海化工区科创基地面向化工新材料创新研发,科创基地包含安监、环保、应急的日常运营管理。科创基地智慧运营管理平台利用大数据、云计算、物联网等技术,可以有效提高安监、环保、应急工作的效率和管理水平。同时还在营销、服务和智能楼宇等方面为基地的日常运管理赋能增效。
In this paper,the scientific and technological innovation base of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park is oriented to the innovative research and development of new chemical materials.The scientific and technological innovation base includes the daily operation management of safety supervision,environmental protection and emergency.The intelligent operation and management platform of science and technology innovation base can effectively improve the efficiency and management level of safety supervision,environmental protection and emergency work by using big data,cloud computing,Internet of things and other technologies.At the same time,it also enables the daily operation and management of the base in terms of marketing,service and intelligent buildings.
