摘要 研制一种适用于开关柜自动带电状态检测系统,依托轨道巡检机器人为核心,融合局部放电检测、红外成像检测、图像智能识别、温度在线监测、云平台和物联网技术构成的专家诊断系统。有效分析变/配电站开关柜内的带电运行状况,实现变/配电站设备事故的预知,局部放电的精准识别,通过系统的诊断能够准确评估变/配电站的整体健康水平并进行寿命的评估。实现变/配电站安全、平稳运行,开关柜的预防性维修和精准维修。 In this paper,an automatic live state detection system for switch cabinet is developed,which is based on track inspection robot,and integrates partial discharge detection,infrared imaging detection,image intelligent recognition,temperature online monitoring,cloud platform and Internet of things technology.It can effectively analyze the live running status in the switch cabinet of the substation/distribution station,realize the prediction of equipment accidents and accurate identification of partial discharge in the substation/distribution station.Through the system diagnosis,the overall health level of the substation/distribution station can be accurately evaluated and the service life can be evaluated.Realize the safe and stable operation of the substation/distribution station,preventive maintenance and accurate maintenance of the switch cabinet.
