摘要
随着全球光伏发电市场的兴起,中国企业参与海外光伏电站项目的投标越来越多。基于投标案例的经历,探讨海外光伏电站项目在投标过程中遇到的主要问题,并提出一些对策。
With the rise of global photovoltaic power generation market,more and more Chinese enterprises participate in the bidding of overseas photovoltaic power plant projects.Based on the experience of bidding cases,this paper discusses the main problems encountered in the bidding process of overseas photovoltaic power plant projects,and puts forward some countermeasures.
