摘要
在中国制造2025中,提出推行全过程工程咨询。基于全过程工程咨询的理论概念,分析了为何要推行全过程工程咨询。结合某集成电路芯片工厂项目实例,阐述全过程工程咨询的实施。
In made in China 2025,this paper proposes to implement the whole process engineering consulting.Based on the theoretical concept of whole process engineering consultation,it analyzes why the whole process engineering consultation should be carried out.Combined with an example of an integrated circuit chip factory project,it describes the implementation of the whole process of engineering consulting.
