摘要
基于集成电路技术持续创新,分析全球集成电路工艺技术的新进展。阐述微处理器和存储器芯片,包括三星、SK海力士、美光、英特尔制造商的DRAM、NAND Flash、NOR Flash芯片技术。
Based on the continuous innovation of integrated circuit technology,this paper analyzes the new progress of global integrated circuit technology.It describes microprocessor and memory chips,including DRAM,NAND flash and NOR flash chip technologies of Samsung,SK Hynix,micron and Intel manufacturers.
