脉冲除尘器控制系统是除尘设备的重要组成部分。主流的简易单片机控制系统功能过于单一,人机交互不便;PLC控制系统难以摆脱对国外相关产品的依赖,成本高、体积庞大。在此背景下,有必要开发脉冲除尘器智能控制系统,实现除尘设备控制系统的集成化、智能化,为脉冲除尘器生产厂家和用户提供更多的选择。

Pulse dust collector control system is an important part of dust removal equipment.The mainstream simple single-chip control system is too limited in function and inconvenient for human-machine interaction;PLC control system is difficult to get rid of the dependence on foreign related products with high cost and huge volume.In this context,it is necessary to develop intelligent control system for pulse dust collector to realize the integration and intelligence of control system for dust collector equipment and provide pulse dust collector manufacturers and users with more choices.
