Design and Implementation of Information Management System for Scientific and Technological Achievements

本文针对企业科技成果管理规范性和灵活性等问题,设计出了一款科技成果信息管理系统来协助企业更加规范和灵活管理成果。系统以成果为基础,围绕成果登记、成果奖励、成果共享、成果转化,实现了对成果信息的全方位管理。通过将部分非关键流程解耦以及动态标准管理设计,增加了成果管理的灵活性。系统采用前后端分离模式,使用SpringBoot+MyBatis+Vue技术实现,解决了系统运维和跨平台部署的问题。

This article aims to address the issues of standardization and flexibility in the management of scientific and technological achievements in enterprises,and designs a scientific and technological achievements management system to assist enterprises in achieving more standardized and flexible management of achievements.The system is based on achievements,focusing on achievement registration,achievement rewards,achievement sharing,and achievement transformation,achieving comprehensive management of achievement information.By decoupling some non critical processes and designing dynamic standard management,the flexibility of results management has been increased.The system adopts a front-end and back-end separation mode and is implemented using SpringBoot+MyBatis+Vue technology,solving the problems of system operation and cross platform deployment.
