摘要 在煤矿、加油加气站、液化气站点等特殊应用场景中,普通的个人数字助理终端(PDA)无法保证使用安全性。本安型防爆智能终端设计中有一项很重要的便是防爆电池的设计,其中防爆锂电池保护板的设计尤其重要。文章详细描述一种基于R5402N101KD和LTC4361的快速响应防爆锂电池保护板方案,可适用于多种防爆场景,很好地满足GB3836ⅡB防爆等级的要求。 In special application scenarios such as coal mines,refueling stations,liquefied gas stations,etc.,ordinary personal digital assistant terminals(PDAs)cannot guarantee the safety of use.One of the most important aspects in the design of intrinsically safe explosion-proof smart terminals is the design of explosion-proof batteries,of which the design of explosion-proof Li battery protection boards is particularly important.The article describes in detail a rapid response explosion-proof lithium battery protection board scheme based on R5402 N101 KD and LTC4361,which can be applied to a variety of explosion-proof scenarios and well meets the requirements of GB3836ⅡB explosion-proof grade.The article describes in detail a rapid response explosion-proof lithium battery protection board scheme based on R5402 N101 KD and LTC4361,which can be applied to a variety of explosion-proof scenarios and well meets the requirements of GB3836ⅡB explosion-proof grade.
