Measurement for Software Development Effectiveness of Military Information System

为准确度量军用信息系统软件研发效能,实现持续交付高质量软件的目标,采取目标—问题—度量(GQM)范式。首先结合研发与管理需求,综合多方面因素建立研发效能度量目标;然后针对度量目标,分析为实现目标需要解决哪些问题;将可度量的数据与问题关联,确定度量指标;最后明确度量数据处理流程,将工具采集的原始数据转化成具有指示意义的度量数据。

The Goal-Question-Metric paradigm is introduced to measure the software development effectiveness of military information system precisely.Firstly,the measurement goal of development effectiveness is constructed by considering both development objective and management objective.Secondly,questions to reach the measurement goal are listed.The measurable data related with the questions are analyzed to determine the metrics.Finally,the workflow how to convert the original tool data into the measurement data is proposed.
