摘要
高精度电主轴是机床领域的发展趋势,其主要技术有精密轴承技术,润滑以及冷却技术,主轴电机本体设计以及控制技术。电主轴越来越趋于高精度、高转速、低消耗。需要各种相关技术来支撑它发展,所以通过对电主轴的技术和结构特点的阐述,分析当前电主轴技术的发展水平,发现现在电主轴技术的优缺点是非常重要的。从电主轴的产生、发展过程中出现的新技术以及技术更新来改善电主轴,对比国内外的电主轴发展状况,了解国外的先进技术。结合自身对电主轴的学习和研究,展望未来电主轴的发展前景。
High-precision electric spindle is a development trend in the field of machine tools.Its main technologies include precision bearing technology,lubrication and cooling technology,spindle motor body design and control technology.Electric spindles are becoming more and more accurate,high speed,and low consumption.Various related technologies are needed to support its development,so through the elaboration of the technical and structural characteristics of the electric spindle,the current level of development of the electric spindle technology is analyzed,and it is found that the advantages and disadvantages of the electric spindle technology are very important.This article improves the electro-spindle from the emergence of electro-spindle,new technologies and technical updates in the development process,compares the development status of electro-spindle at home and abroad,and understands foreign advanced technology.Combining its own study and research on electric spindle,look forward to the future development prospect of electric spindle.
