半模基片集成波导双频滤波功分器的设计 被引量:1

摘要 根据半模基片集成波导和矩形波导的等效关系,在波导下方加入微带短截线结构,提出了一种基于半模基片集成波导(HMSIW)双频滤波功率分配器(FPD)。首先在滤波功分器表面刻蚀CSRR结构,并将刻蚀结构与微扰铜柱相结合,产生两个带外传输零点,增强了带外抑制能力。然后在单频滤波功分器的基础上加载开路谐振枝节,实现双频滤波功分器。最后,设计并制作以4.9 GHz和9.9 GHz为中心,相对带宽分别为12%和14%的功率分配器。测量的回波损耗为-24 db,-34 db。模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好。具有加工简单,低损耗等特点,可广泛用于射频电路中。 According to the equivalent relation between the half-mode substrate integrated waveguide and the traditional rectangular waveguide,a dual-band filtering power divider(FPD)based on the half-mode substrate integrated waveguide(HMSIW)is proposed by adding a microstrip stub structure under the waveguide.First,the CSRR structure is etched on the surface of the filter power divider,and the etching structure is combined with the perturbed copper cylinder to generate two out of band transmission zeros,which enhances the out of band suppression ability.Then,based on the filter power divider,the open circuit resonance branch is loaded to realize the dual frequency filter power divider.Eventually,the proposed power divider centered at 4.9GHz and 9.9GHz with a 3dB fractional bandwidth of 12%and 14%is fabricated and measured for verification.The measured return loss is-24dB,-34dB.Good agreement is shown between the simulated and measured results.The filtering power divider has some practical and application significance.
