摘要
当前基于宇航级抗辐照电子元器件的卫星平台计算机存在价格昂贵、批量小、制造周期长、性能升级慢、体积大的缺点,逐渐无法满足日益增长空间任务系统的需求。商业现货器件(COTS)因其技术先进、性能相对优越、集成度高、价格便宜等特点,受到有小型化、高性能电子设备需求的宇航型号的青睐。如何能更高效地利用商用元器件相关技术,逐渐成为研究热点。但是,普通的工业级器件直接用于航天领域存在较大的风险,其可靠性难以得到保证。为此,提出了一种基于COTS器件的异构冗余星载计算机核心系统加固设计方法。该方法在芯片选型上,选用相对低的质量等级、性能较高的元器件,在硬件设计上,采取了多模异构冗余备份的容错方式,软件配合硬件设计,采取"三模表决"等策略。通过计算分析该方案可靠性提升显著,已应用于某型号商业卫星,在轨运行稳定,表现良好。
The current satellite platform computer composed of space grade electronic components is expensive,small batch,long in manufacturing cycle,slow in performance upgrade,large in volume,and gradually unable to meet the increasing demand for space mission.COTS components are favored by aerospace that require miniaturization and highperformance electronic equipment due to their advanced technology,relatively superior performance,high integration,and low price.How to use commercial component related technologies more efficiently has gradually become a research hotspot.However,the direct use of common industrial-grade devices in the aerospace field has great risks,and its reliability is difficult to guarantee.To this end,this paper proposes a method for designing a heterogeneous redundant satellite-based computer reinforcement based on COTS devices.This method uses a relatively low quality level and high-performance components for chip selection.In terms of hardware design,a multi-mode heterogeneous redundant backup is adopted for fault tolerance.The software cooperates with the hardware design and adopts"three-mode voting"and other strategies.Through calculation,the reliability of this solution has been significantly improved,and it has been applied to a certain type of commercial satellite,which has stable on-orbit operation and performs well.
