摘要
通过分析电化学检测余氯的原理,进行了隔膜式余氯传感器的制作,完成了信号发生,处理,采集电路以及显示模块的设计。通过对pH和温度的影响电化学余氯检测的机理进行分析,实施相应的实验,对检测结果进行了温度和pH的补偿,并将补偿后的测量值与由国家标准中规定的N,N-二乙基对苯二胺(DPD)分光光度法检测值相比较。比较之后的结果可以表明,进行pH和温度补偿后的余氯检测系统测量的相对误差小于5%,具备良好的精度和抗干扰能力,验证了仪器的稳定性,可以满足不同条件下余氯测量的需求。
In this paper,by analyzing the principle of electrochemical detection of residual chlorine,the manufacture of diaphragm residual chlorine sensor was carried out,and the design of signal generation,processing,acquisition circuit and display module was completed.By analyzing the mechanism of electrochemical residual chlorine detection affected by pH and temperature,corresponding experiments were carried out to compensate the temperature and pH of the detection results,and the measured value was compared with the spectrophotometric value of N,N-diethyl p-phenylenediamine(DPD)specified in the national standard.The results after comparison can show that the relative error of residual chlorine measurement system after pH and temperature compensation is less than 5%,which has good accuracy and anti-interference ability,verifies the stability of the instrument,and can meet the requirements of residual chlorine measurement under different conditions.
