摘要 为了解决导引头人工测试效率低下、质量难以保障的问题,本文设计了一种基于LabWindows/CVI编译环境的一键式多套导引头测试系统。该系统的硬件平台采用积木式架构可快速搭建以适应不同数量设备的测试,测试软件通过模块化设计具备良好的通用性和拓展性,具有的用户友好的UI界面降低了操作难度。对比验证测试证明该系统具有高准确性和稳定性的优点,测试效率相对于人工测试提高一倍以上,并显著减轻了工作强度,能够满足科研生产高效率高质量的需求,并为后续二次开发提供了便利。 Multi-seeker one-click test system based on CVI was adopted in order to overcome the insufficiency in seeker manual measurement, such as low efficiency and poor quality. Use of blocking structure will allow for a rapid build–up of the system hardware to test sets of equipment, and the system software has good generality and expansibility by modularized design, which can make operation easier with user-friendly UI interface. This system has the advantages of high accuracy and stability proved by the compare test, and can double the testing efficiency, reduce the work intensity and make meeting the requirements for great efficiency and high quality in the scientific research. A highly effective testing method is provided to secondary development of seeker test system.
