非齐次Hawkes模型在传染病实时预测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 了解疾病的传播规律,判断感染规模对公共卫生决策具有重要的意义。现有研究多采用SIR模型为基本框架,基于分支过程的研究较少。本文基于广东省2020年新冠肺炎确诊病例数据建立非齐次Hawkes点过程模型,分别采用前50%和前75%的数据对后续感染人数进行预测,并将预测结果与齐次Hawkes模型的结果进行比较。结果显示模型准确度较高,非齐次Hawkes模型的预测结果比齐次Hawkes模型更加理想。基于条件强度的随机过程模型还可以用于建立疾病监测与预警机制。
