摘要
学科的演进伴随着人类思想认识的发展,经历了从分化到交叉融合的复杂过程,学科交叉融合是我们从更深层次认知事物本质并将其灵活应用的必经之路。在学科建设顶层设计框架下,国内外在不同阶段提出的一系列政策和举措,为学科交叉在面向国家需求时更充分、更科学、更高效的发展提供了有利条件。高校作为学科交叉实践核心阵地,由此也在平台建设、人才培养、师资队伍建设、教学科研等各方面取得了显著成绩。当然,学科交叉突破性成果的取得也需要一定的客观条件。生命科学领域的形成和其前两次根本性变革都是学科交叉融合的产物,而以生殖医学视角来看当下第三次生命科学革命的发展,则有赖于经济社会的切实需求,已发展较为成熟的知识和技术及对"学科群"式发展的有效带动。对此,聚焦国家战略能力提升的教学科研组织模式及人才培养体制机制建设是未来学科交叉发展的方向。
The evolution of disciplines along with the deepening of human ideological understanding has experienced a complex process from differentiation to integration.Interdisciplinary integration is the only pathway enabling us to deeply understand the essence of things and apply them flexibly.Under the top-level design framework of discipline construction,a series of policies and measures put forward at different stages at home and abroad provide favorable conditions for the more sufficient,scientific and efficient development of interdisciplinary integration when facing the national needs.As the core of interdisciplinary practice,higher education institutions have made remarkable achievements in platform construction,talent training,faculty construction,teaching and scientific research.Of course,the achievement of interdisciplinary breakthrough also needs certain objective conditions.The formation of the field of Life Science and its first two fundamental changes are the product of interdisciplinary integration.From the perspective of Reproductive Medicine,the development of the third Life Science revolution depends on the practical needs of economy and society,the developed and mature knowledge and technology,and the effective driving force of the“discipline group”development.In this regard,the teaching and scientific research organization mode together with the construction of talent training system and mechanism focusing on the improvement of national strategic ability are the future direction of interdisciplinary development.
