摘要 广东外语外贸大学在全能提高型大学英语教学新体系建设总目标下,大英教改以形成性评价理念为指导,培养国际化背景下学生的基本语言技能、跨文化交际能力和专业发展等综合能力。实践证明,形成性评价理念适用于我国当前外语教学与评价新生态环境,它借助网络信息技术,以"课程币"和构建学生"电子学习档案袋"的形式,践行了翻转课堂与混合式教学新模式,解决了全国大学英语教学与人才培养中的共性问题。而重点建设专门用途英语,解决了学生学习学科知识过程中的语言问题。培养学生运用英语进行专业和学术交流的技能,是国际化人才培养的重要一环。 Constructing and practicing the College English Education System for Students’ All-round Proficiency, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies(GDUFS) focuses on the internationalized personnel cultivation based on the idea of formative assessment, i.e. the improvement of students’ all-round proficiency, including their language skills, cross-cultural communication competence, and ability to develop professionally in the future. It has been practically proved that formative assessment is adapted to the new ecological environment of foreign language teaching and assessment in China. With the help of modern information technology, the practice of flipped classroom and blended teaching mode, and the construction of students’ e-portfolio in the form of "course credits", formative assessment has solved the common problems in college English teaching and talents cultivation nationwide. Meanwhile, as an important part in the internationalized talents training, English for Specific Purposes has helped increase students’ English language proficiency in their academic progress and their professional development.
