钳形Rogowski线圈性能分析及误差补偿方法 被引量:5

摘要 基于钳形Rogowski线圈的互感器能够有效避免现场安装过程中的线路停电现象,减少停电损失。但是钳形Rogowski线圈测量过程主要受到气隙和一次导体偏心的影响,为研究钳形Rogowski线圈的性能,建立了气隙-偏心误差模型,充分分析气隙和一次导体偏心对线圈测量误差的影响,在此基础上提出了相应的误差补偿方法,并设计了一种基于校正PCB板的新型钳形Rogowski线圈,通过监测校正PCB板串联输出量,实现线圈的气隙自校准,从而实现测量误差的补偿。应用效果表明,设计的钳形Rogowski线圈测量准确度高,操作方便。 The instrument transformer based on clampshape Rogowski coil can effectively avoid power-off in process of on-site installation.However,the measurement with clampshape Rogowski coil would be affected by the air gap and primary conductor off-center.This paper builds an air gap and off-center error model to adequately analyze the influence of air gap and primary conductor off-center on the coil measurement error.Based on this,an error compensation method is proposed and a new type of clamp-shape Rogowski coil based on adjusted PCB is designed.Self-calibration of air gap can be realized by monitoring the adjusted PCB serial output,so as to realize error compensation.Application results show that the Rogowski coil based on adjusted PCB has higher measurement accuracy,and is convenient to operate.
