基于分布式需求侧资源备调池的低频减载优化策略研究 被引量:17

摘要 随着互联网信息技术和需求响应技术的发展,具备灵活调节特性的可控负荷可作为削减资源参与到电网低频故障下的紧急调控中。以温控负荷、电动汽车和储能设备为典型,将需求侧多类可控负荷纳入可削减资源范畴,提出了需求侧资源备调池(以下简称:资源池)的概念,建立了需求侧资源聚合可调容量模型;然后基于资源池分布式部署特点,提出了资源池内多类可控负荷协同控制方案及流程;最后基于所提控制方案,将资源池用于改进低频减载策略,完成了紧急调控场景下的负荷减载优化。算例仿真表明,通过资源池内多类负荷协同控制,能够在较小影响用户用电体验的基础上,提供较长时域的功率削减,为电力系统低频故障恢复争取时间。 With development of internet information technology and demand response(DR)technology,controllable loads with flexible regulation characteristics can be regarded as reducible resources to participate in emergency regulation under low-frequency faults of power grid.Taking thermostatically controlled loads,electric vehicles and energy storage devices as typical examples,this paper considers various controllable loads on demand side into the category of reducible resources,puts forward a concept of demand side resource reserve pool(resource pool for short),and establishes an aggregation model of controllable capabilities in resource pools.Then,based on the distributed characteristics of resource pools,a cooperative control scheme of various controllable loads is proposed.Finally,based on the proposed control scheme,the resource pools are used to improve the strategy of under-frequency load shedding(UFLS),and load shedding optimization in emergency control scenario is completed.Simulation results show that the proposed cooperative control strategy can provide a long time-domain power reduction with less dissatisfaction on the user’s power usage and gain time for power system low-frequency fault recovery.
