摘要 为解决未来大规模电动汽车充放电调度问题,设计了一种面向含风电楼宇的电动汽车优化调度策略。构建楼宇电动汽车模型,通过楼宇能量管理系统收集电动汽车日前申报信息,根据出行链将其分群,建立电网层–用户层双层优化调度模型。分别以电网消纳风电后的负荷波动率最小,车主出行需求最大为目标函数,采用改进自适应遗传算法依次求解出楼宇整体充放电策略、EV群充放电策略和每辆EV的调度策略。算例结果表明,该优化调度方法可实现电网与用户的利益共赢,且计算维度小,速度快,不易陷入局部最优。 In order to solve the charge-discharge scheduling problem of large-scale electric vehicles(EV)in the future,this paper designs an optimal scheduling strategy for EVs parking in the buildings with wind power.A model of electric vehicles parking in the buildings is constructed,and the EV owners’travel plans for the next day are collected through building energy management system(BEMS).Then a two-layer optimal scheduling model of the grid layer and user layer is established according to travel chain theory.Minimum volatility of the grid after wind power accommodation and the maximum travel demand of the EV owners are taken as objective functions.Improved adaptive genetic algorithm is used to solve the charge-discharge strategy of the buildings,the EV groups and each EV.Case study results show that the optimal scheduling method can achieve win-win situation between the grid and the users with less model dimensions and simulation time,not easy to fall into local optimum.
