摘要
针对包含电力、热力、天然气负荷的综合能源服务商在电力市场与天然气市场中的可调度价值,建立了一种考虑综合能源服务商响应的电力系统低碳调度模型。首先,提出了计及能源转换装置运行成本及碳排放量的综合能源服务商优化调度策略;然后建立了电力–天然气联合市场运行机制;最后在市场环境下建立了电力、天然气、综合能源服务商的联合优化模型,并通过交替方向乘子法进行求解。算例分析表明,在电力、天然气市场中考虑综合能源服务商响应可以降低电力系统的碳排放量以及整个系统的运行成本,碳交易机制及综合需求响应是从发电侧和负荷进行碳排放管理的有效手段。
Considering the schedulable value of integrated energy service providers with electric power,heat and natural gas loads in power and natural gas markets,a low-carbon scheduling model of combined electricity and natural gas system with the response of integrated energy service providers is established in this paper.Firstly,an optimal scheduling strategy for integrated energy service providers is proposed,taking into account operating cost and carbon emissions of energy conversion devices.Then a framework of combined electricity and natural gas market is established.Finally,a joint optimization model of electric power,natural gas and integrated energy service providers is established in market environment,and solved with alternating direction multiplier method.Case study shows that the response of integrated energy service providers in the electricity and natural gas joint market can reduce carbon emissions of the power system and the operating cost of whole system.Carbon trading mechanism and comprehensive demand response are effective means to manage carbon emissions from generation and load side respectively.
