论党早期宣传政策与女性报刊实践的互动——以《妇女声》为中心

《妇女声》是中国共产党领导创办的首份女刊,也是近现代政党女刊的源头。《妇女声》的创办是遵循并积极服务于党的早期宣传政策的结果。《妇女声》的实践,则为党的女性出版物制度基础观念的形成提供了参考和依据,使其在探索和合法化协调的过程中得以发展。同时,经由《妇女声》观察到,早期宣传制度创制过程中,党对女性的关怀和赋权,为女性言论的生产与再生产提供了保障,也为后来的女性报人从事党的新闻宣传工作奠定了基础。从某种程度上说,《妇女声》的实践与党的早期政策之间的互动,在一定程度上是以实然世界的经验方法,完成了对应然规则的建构。
