摘要
针对智能化工厂对于人机操作时行为轨迹检测的需求,提出一种基于抗干扰自适应孪生目标跟踪网络(Siamese Anti-Interference Adaptive Network,SiamAIAN)的人机操作行为轨迹检测方法,采用自适应无锚框机制,在主干网络的基础上提出针对遮挡等干扰因素导致目标跟丢或跟踪效果较差的判定逻辑,当跟踪目标在视野中被遮挡或部分遮挡时能够有效实现后续的跟踪。相较主流算法,SiamAIAN在OTB2015数据集上能够实现1.7%的准确率提升以及2.4%的跟踪成功率提升。
A human machine operation behavior trajectory detection methodb ased on the Siamese Anti Interference Adaptive Network(SiamAIAN)is proposed to meet the demand of intelligent chemical plants for human machine operation behavior trajectory detection.The method adopts an adaptive anchor free frame mechanism and proposes a judgment logic based on the backbone network to address the loss of targets or poor tracking performance caused by intreference factors such as occlusion,when the tracking target isobstructed or partially obstructed in the field of view,it can effectively cahieve subsequent tracking.Compared to mainstream algorithms,S iamAIAN can achieve an accuracy improvement of 1.7%and a tracking success rate improvement of 2.4%on the OTB2015 dataset.
