面向森林火灾现场灾害信息快速协同感知技术研究

摘要 森林火灾是生态文明建设成果和森林资源安全的最大威胁,具有突发性强、破坏性大、危险性高的特点。考虑到森林火灾现场应急处置过程中多源信息感知、获取、融合与集成展示的实际需求,研究面向森林火灾现场灾害信息快速协同感知技术,并以物联网共性支撑平台作为基础环境,构建集前端感知信息、专业信息、地理信息等多源信息有机结合的森林火灾快速协同感知系统,解决森林火灾现场应急处置中信息协同感知、融合与集成展示的瓶颈问题,为快速、准确、全面地智能决策提供数据支撑,提升灾害现场应急响应能力。 Forest fire is the biggest threat to achievement of ecological civilization construction and the safety of forest resources with the characteristics of sudden strong,great damage and high risk.Considering the actual demand of sensing,acquisition,fusion and integrated display of multi-source information in the process of forest fire on-site emergency response,this paper studied the rapid cooperative sensing technology to forest fire disaster information,and selected the internet of things public support platform as the foundation environment to build the forest fire rapid cooperative sensing system,which realized the organic combination of multiresource information of front-end sensing information,professional information,geographic information,etc.The system solves the bottleneck problems of information cooperating sensing,fusion and integrated display,provides data support for rapid,accurate and comprehensive intelligent decision and improve the emergency response ability in the scene of disaster.
