摘要 在城市轨道交通网络化运营大背景下,设备智能运维需求愈加迫切。提出基于云-边-端架构的城市轨道交通设备智能运维系统,采用云边协同技术,将云中心的部分功能下沉至边缘侧,充分发挥云计算技术与边缘计算技术的各自优点,实现对终端数据的快速响应和有效利用。该系统集设备监测平台、设备健康管理平台、设备智能分析平台、应急指挥平台、专家系统为一体,具备设备状态在线监测、设备健康度评估、故障智能诊断、故障预测、智能分析、应急指挥调度等功能,可以降低设备故障率,提高设备运维效率,保障轨道交通线网的安全运营,对提升设备智能运维水平具有参考意义。 The demand of equipment-intelligent operation and maintenance is urgent in terms of the operation of a urban rail transit network.This study proposes an equipment-intelligent operation and maintenance system for an urban rail transit based on a cloud-edge-terminal frame.The system uses cloud-edge collaboration technology,and some cloud center functions are translated into edges to realize the rapid response and effective application of terminal data by combining the advantages of cloud and edge computing technology.The system integrates equipment-monitoring,equipment-health management,equipmentintelligent analysis,and emergency command platforms as well as an expert system.The system can monitor equipment statuses online,evaluate equipment health,intelligently diagnose faults,intelligently predict faults,and intelligently analyze and adjust emergency commands.The system can reduce the equipment failure rate,improve the equipment operation and maintenance efficiency,and ensure the safe operation of rail transit networks.It can serve as a significant reference for improving the equipment-intelligent operation and maintenance level in urban rail transit.
