摘要
通风空调系统控制方案对空调系统运行能耗有着重要影响,相关研究表明风水联动控制比BAS控制更加节能高效,目前国内仍然有大量的地铁车站采用常规BAS控制方案,其改造成风水联动控制需要大量的成本投入。在不改变硬件配置的情况下,常规BAS控制是否可以通过运行策略的优化来提升节能率、取得良好的节能效果非常值得研究。对国内多条地铁线路车站常规BAS控制的实际运行情况进行调研,分析实际运行中常见的问题,提出一种控制策略的改进优化方案。选取南宁地铁典型车站,对BAS优化改进方案进行实测验证,对比分析BAS改进模式和原BAS模式两种方案的运行效果。研究结果表明,常规BAS系统在进行一定的优化改进后,节能率明显提升,能够取得良好的节能效果,为地铁车站常规BAS控制方案运行优化提供有效路径。
The air-conditioning control scheme considerably impacts the system’s consumption energy.Relevant studies show that the wind-water linkage control system is more energy-saving and efficient than the BAS system.Currently,a large number of domestic subway stations use the conventional building autormatic system(BAS)system,and its transformation into a wind-water linkage control system requires considerable financial investments.Therefore,it is worth studying whether the conventional BAS system can improve the energy-saving rate based on the optimization of operation strategy and whether good energy-saving effects can be achieved without changing its hardware configuration.The operation of the BAS systems in many domestic subway lines and stations is investigated,the common conditions in actual operation are analyzed,and an optimization scheme for the control strategy is proposed.A typical Nanning subway station was selected to verify the BAS optimization scheme.The operating effects of the BAS optimization and the original BAS schemes are compared and analyzed.The research results show that the energy saving rate of the conventional BAS system after optimization and improvement is improved considerably,and good energy-saving effects can be achieved.The research provides an effective path for operation optimization of conventional BAS systems in subway stations.
