摘要 我国现代轨道交通系统近几年在智能、高速和信息集成化技术方面均取得了新的突破,轨道线路设备作为行车运营的基础条件,钢轨在运行系统中起着不可或缺的主导作用,因此保证城市轨道交通的安全运营,钢轨的伤损监测和维护非常重要。基于超声导波技术可对现代轨道交通钢轨进行实时断裂监测,研究表明:钢轨实时监测系统能够检测不完全断裂和通断情况,并对中长远距离监测准确预判,降本提质。以期构建现代轨道交通综合监测体系,并深入发展超声导波检测方法在现代轨道交通的应用,对于保障轨道交通安全运营具有重要的实践意义。 In recent years,China’s modern rail transit system has progressed because of the intelligent,fast,and integrated information technology.The rail line equipment provides the basic conditions for operation and plays an indispensable leading role in the operation system.Thus,to ensure the safe operation of an urban rail transit,rail break and damage monitoring and maintenance are very important.Based on the ultrasonic wave guide technology and real-time rail fracture monitoring,in this study,the real-time rail monitoring system can detect an incomplete fracture and complete breakage,thus achieving accurate prediction,medium-and long-distance monitoring,cost reduction,and quality improvement.To build a modern and comprehensive rail transit monitoring system,an in-depth development of ultrasonic detection methods for application in modern rail transit systems is necessary.This study has important practical significance for the improvement of rail transit operation safety.
