基于四网融合理念的青岛都市圈轨道交通发展对策研究

Development Strategy of Rail Transit Based on Concept of Four Network Convergence in Qingdao Metropolis Area

《交通强国建设纲要》及《关于培育发展现代化都市圈的指导意见》陆续印发,"四网融合"成为促进都市圈一体化发展的重要举措。总结干线铁路、城际铁路、市域(郊)铁路、城市轨道交通的内涵功能和"四网融合"的实施路径。青岛都市圈作为新兴都市圈的典型代表,针对其大尺度、多阻隔的空间本底以及"圈层化、扁平化"的出行特征,以"建设轨道上的青岛都市圈"为目标,提出"圈层布局、差别配置""打造轨道交通复合环湾通道""构建多级枢纽体系"的发展对策,以扭转尽端式枢纽布局劣势,促使轨道交通与城市中心体系的耦合,形成以轨道交通为骨架的都市圈陆路交通格局。

The"Outline of Transportation Power"and"Guiding Opinions on Cultivating and Developing a Modern Metropolis"have been issued.Four Network Convergence has become an important measure for promoting the integrated development of metropolitan areas.This article tentatively summarizes the connotative functions and implementation path of the Four Network Convergence,including arterial railways,intercity railways,suburb railways,and urban rail transit.As a typical representative of the development of a metropolitan area,Qingdao metropolis has a large-scale and multi-barrier space as well as typical circularization and flattening characteristics.With the aim of building the Qingdao metropolitan area along the construction track with a circular layered layout and different configurations,the creation of a rail transit compound ring bay channel and a multi-level hub system has been proposed herein.This will eliminate the disadvantages of the terminal hub layout and promote the coupling of rail transit and urban centers,forming the network structure of the Qingdao metropolitan area based on rail transit.
