摘要
基于自主化FAO(全自动运行)成套技术和装备在北京燕房线示范工程成功应用的背景,结合自主化FAO系统工程建设实践,针对FAO系统高安全可靠的基本需求,提出FAO系统建设3大技术实施路线,即以FAO场景和运营规则为主线并进行顶层设计保障系统需求的安全覆盖,以全生命周期RAMS管理及安全评估为保障,以多系统关键阶段综合测试为安全可靠支撑。通过可行的技术实施路线,保障北京燕房线自主化FAO系统的实施,为打造安全可靠的城市轨道交通FAO系统提供技术保障,为后续FAO线路的建设提供指导方法,为提高我国轨道交通安全可靠运行起到推动作用。
This work is based on the engineering experience of the fully automatic operation(FAO) project of the Beijing Yanfang Line. To achieve the contractual safety and reliability requirements of the FAO system, three implementation roadmaps were created, i.e. operational scenarios and operational rules as the major method to ensure coverage of top level safety requirements, to achieve reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety(RAMS) management, and to ensure independent safety assessment as well as integrated tests of different systems at key stages. The Yanfang FAO project was completed successfully by using the three implementation roadmaps. The experience obtained from the Yanfang line can be used by subsequent FAO projects to improve safety of China’s urban rail transit.
