国家会展中心方舱医院舱室内外“一体化”联供机制在物资保障储备管理中的建立与应用

Construction and application of the “integrated” joint supply mechanism of outside and inside the Fangcang shelter hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center on material security reserve management

方舱医院指新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情暴发后,依托会展中心、体育馆等改造修建,用于集中收治COVID-19轻症患者和无症状感染者的临时医院。启用方舱医院是我国公共防控与医疗的一项重大举措,有效缓解了COVID-19患者的收治难题,使轻症患者和无症状感染者能够得到及时有效的治疗。在执行国家、军队重大任务、以及突发公共卫生事件时,人员配比失衡、物资难以筹措、医疗卫生资源的不合理配置等问题极为突显。本文在国家会展中心方舱医院救治大批量患者的特殊情况下,首次采用方舱内外四级联动一体化物资储备管理机制的建设方法,保证了短时间方舱内外物资畅通供应,其成功经验值得推广参考。

Fangcang shelter hospitals refer to the temporary hospitals reconstructed on the basis of convention and exhibition centers and gymnastics in order to implement centralized treatment for COVID-19 patients with mild symptoms.The employment of Fangcang shelter hospitals is a major measure of public prevention and medical treatment in our country,which effectively alleviates the difficulty of receiving and treating COVID-19 patients,allowing patients with mild symptoms to be timely and effectively treated.In the face of implementing major national and military tasks,as well as unpredictable public health emergencies,problems such as unbalanced personnel ratio,difficulty in raising materials,and unreasonable allocation of medical and health resources are extremely highlighted.Under the special condition of plenty of patients treated in Fangcang shelter hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center,this paper first adopted the construction method of four-level linkage and integrated material reserve management mechanism inside and outside the Fangcang shelter hospital,which ensured the smooth supply of materials,and the experience is worthy of promotion and reference.
