上海国家会展中心方舱医院新型冠状病毒肺炎高效诊疗体系的构建与效果评估

Construction and evaluation of efficient diagnosis and treatment system for COVID-19 in the Fangcang shelter hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai)

2022年新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)在上海暴发,全国抽调大量医务人员支援上海方舱医院。因医护人员对方舱医院运行机制不熟悉,可能会导致医护人员进入角色慢、诊疗效率降低。本文通过梳理“方舱医院”条件下医务人员的培训、班次的职责、核心医疗制度的落实以及出入院流程的建立,以期帮助医护人员在方舱医院条件下快速进入工作状态、提高诊疗效率,同时保证自身“零感染”。三分队迅速建立一系列适合自身实际的COVID-19诊疗体系并不断修订完善,从4月10日开始收治,截至5月6日共26 d,三分队共出院4688名患者,同时准确评估26名危重、精神异常或基础病急性加重患者的病情,迅速转运至定点医院,确保了“零死亡”目标的实现。全队150名人员工作近1个月均未被感染,保证了“零感染”目标的实现。

In 2022,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)broke out in Shanghai,and a large number of medical personnel nationwide were dispatched to Fangcang shelter hospitals in Shanghai.The medical staff were not familiar with the operation mechanism of Fangcang shelter hospitals,which might lead to their slow adaptation and reduced diagnosis and treatment efficiency.In order to help medical personnel quickly adapt to the working environment,improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment,and ensure their“zero infection”,this paper summarizes the training of medical personnel,the responsibilities of shifts,the implementation of core medical system,and the establishment of admission and discharge process in Fangcang shelter hospitals.As a result,the third unit quickly established a series of diagnosis and treatment guidelines suitable for themselves and continuously revised and improved them.From April 10 to May 6,a total of 4688 patients were discharged from the third unit.At the same time,26 patients with critical symptoms,mental abnormalities or acute exacerbations of basic diseases were accurately identified and quickly transferred to designated hospitals,ensuring the realization of“zero death”.The 150 members of the unit were not infected with SARS-CoV-2 for nearly one month,realizing the goal of“zero infection”.
