奥密克戎疫情下超大规模方舱医院病员特点及医疗信息化需求分析

Analysis on the characteristics of patients and the medical information needs in super-large Fangcang shelter hospitals during epidemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant

在现今新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株传播导致的疫情下,为更好地完成“动态清零”的任务需求,临时性超大规模方舱医院应运而生。方舱医院收治的患者人群,已经由新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情初期收治的普通型和轻型患者转变为无症状感染者和轻型患者。医护工作重点也由救治患者,转为筛查重点患者,保障慢病患者治疗延续,避免特定人群健康风险,维持医疗秩序,及时处置突发事件。由于患者出入量均较大,更贴近临床的医疗信息系统尤为重要。本文结合上海国家会展中心方舱医院临床一线医护人员对感染患者的管理经验,分析总结患者病情特点,并探讨信息化建设需求,以探求更加适应超大规模方舱医院实际临床需要的新型管理模式。

In the current epidemic situation caused by SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant,in order to better fulfill the task requirements of“dynamic clearing”,temporary super-large Fangcang shelter hospitals came into being.The patients admitted to Fangcang shelter hospitals have changed from ordinary and mild patients in the early stage of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)to asymptomatic and mild patients.The focus of medical care has also been shifted from treating patients to screening specific patients,ensuring the continuation of treatment for patients with chronic diseases,avoiding health risks for specific groups,maintaining medical order,and handling emergencies.Due to the large volume of discharge and admission in patients,a more appropriate medical information system is particularly important.Based on the experience of the front-line medical staff working in the Fangcang shelter hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai)on managing COVID-19 patients,this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the patients’conditions,and discusses the needs of informatization construction,in order to explore a new management model that is more suitable for the actual clinical needs of super-large Fangcang shelter hospitals.
