新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下大型方舱医院内糖尿病患者的血糖管理策略

Blood glucose management strategies for patients with diabetes in large Fangcang shelter hospitals under COVID-19

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)流行2年来,糖尿病患者感染比例较高。方舱医院诞生于COVID-19疫情最严峻时期,是集中隔离救治的开创性有效举措。糖尿病患者由于被要求集中隔离而匆忙来院,降糖药物往往携带不足,或因其他诱因在舱内出现应激性高血糖。舱内患者基数大,医疗生活条件有限,血糖容易出现波动,血糖变异大。加之舱内值班医护人员来自各个专业,缺乏系统的糖尿病专业知识,部分住院患者治疗方案不能及时有效调整,导致血糖控制不佳。因此,加强COVID-19合并糖尿病患者的院内血糖管理显得尤为重要。本文梳理了方舱医院有限条件下的血糖管理经验,旨在为方舱医院非专科医护人员COVID-19合并高血糖的管理起到借鉴作用。

In the two years since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),a higher proportion of patients with diabetes have been infected.Fangcang shelter hospitals were born at the height of the COVID-19 epidemic and are a pioneering and effective measure for centralized isolation treatment.Patients with diabetes are rushed to the hospital because they are required to be quarantined in a centralized manner.They often lack hypoglycemic drugs or suffer from stress hyperglycemia in the Fangcang shelter hospital due to other inducements.The Fangcang shelter hospital has a large patient base and limited medical living conditions.Blood sugar is prone to fluctuations and large blood sugar variation.In addition,the on-duty medical staff come from various professions and lack systematic professional knowledge of diabetes.As a result,the treatment plan of some inpatients cannot be adjusted timely and effectively,resulting in poor blood glucose control.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the blood glucose management of COVID-19 patients with diabetes in the hospital.This paper summarizes the experience of blood glucose management in Fangcang shelter hospitals under limited conditions,aiming to provide the management experience of COVID-19 combined with hyperglycemia for non-specialist medical staff in Fangcang shelter hospitals.
