中波发射台的日常维护检修项目规划及实施

中波发射台通常位于城市边缘,具有占地大、设备多、维护人员少的特点,在日常安全管理上存在着管理不到位、消防隐患排查不到位等问题。为了保证广播电视节目的顺利进行,发射台工作人员必须严格执行日常保养制度,对信号源系统、发射机、控制系统、天线馈送系统及电源系统进行保养,并对其进行日检、周检、月检、季检、半年检以及年检。重点对中波发射台的常规维护检修计划、保养内容与保养方法等进行了阐述,旨在为有关部门提供一个较好的参考,使之能更好地开展工作。

Medium-wave transmitting station is usually located on the edge of the city,which has the characteristics of large area,many equipment and few maintenance personnel.There are some problems in daily safety management,such as inadequate management and inadequate investigation of fire hazards.In order to ensure the smooth progress of radio and television programs,the transmitting station staff must strictly implement the daily maintenance system,maintain the signal source system,transmitter,control system,antenna feeding system and power supply system,and conduct daily,weekly,monthly,quarterly,semi-annual and annual inspections.This paper focuses on the routine maintenance plan,maintenance content and maintenance method of medium wave transmitting station,aiming at providing a better reference for relevant departments and making them work better.
