摘要
提出一种基于空气填充衬底集成波导(Air-Filled Substrate-Integrated Waveguide,AFSIW),具有良好温度稳定性的窄带带通滤波器。针对不同的谐振腔工作模式,提出两种补偿结构,可以对矩形波导谐振器的TE101和TE301模式进行补偿,并且不会使TE201模式和TE102模式接近滤波器通带,拓宽了阻带范围。设计并制作一个以10 GHz为中心、100 MHz带宽的三极AFSIW带通滤波器。通过实验验证其在10~140℃时,中心频率热稳定性低至1.62 ppm/℃。
A narrow-band bandpass filter with good temperature stability based on Air-filled Substrate-Integrated Waveguide(AFSIW)is proposed.For different resonant cavity operating modes,two compensation structures are proposed,which can compensate the TE101 and TE301 modes of rectangular waveguide resonators,and will not make the TE201 and TE102 modes close to the filter passband,thus broadening the stopband range.Design and manufacture a three-pole AFSIW band-pass filter with 10 GHz as the center and 100 MHz bandwidth.The thermal stability of the center frequency is as low as 1.62 ppm/℃at 10~140℃.
