摘要
智能问答系统已经广泛应用到生产生活中,但对于特定领域的应用场景还有待拓展。对此,聚焦校园招生咨询场景,基于Seq2Seq模型构建校园招生智能客服模型并设计人机交互界面,设计对招生工作人员和咨询人员都比较友好的智能客服系统,解决招生咨询工作中的问题。
The intelligent question answering system has been widely used in production and life, but the application scenarios in specific fields need to be expanded. This paper focuses on the scene of campus enrollment consultation. Based on Seq2Seq, an intelligent customer service model for campus enrollment is built and a human-computer interaction interface is designed to design an intelligent customer service system that is friendly to enrollment staff and consultants, so as to solve problems in enrollment consultation.
