飞行控制组件综合测试系统研究

摘要 飞控组件作为空空导弹的核心部件,需要实现对全弹各个组件的调用,具有丰富的对外接口以及复杂的时序逻辑。对此,研究飞控组件接口、时序、性能的相关测试流程,介绍整个测试流程的设计以及基于C++的软件实现方案,并采用互斥锁设计以及原始数据采集的功能模块。飞控组件测试系统目前已经应用于产品的科研和交付,具有良好的稳定性。 As the core component of air-to-air missile,flight control component needs to realize the call of each component of the whole missile,which has rich external interfaces and complex timing lgic.In this paper,the interface,timing and performance test process of filght control components are studied,and introduces the design of the whole test process and the software implementation scheme based on C++,the design of mutex and the function module of original data acquisition are adopted.The system has been applied to product research and delivery and has good stability.
