The Basic Meaning,Significance and Practical Approach of Cultural Social Work

自社会工作发轫伊始,文化就一直存在于其理念与方法之中。近年来,学界虽然围绕文化与社会工作发展之间的关系提出了丰富的论断,促进了社会工作本土化和有地域特色的社会工作研究逻辑生成,但尚未对“文化社会工作”进行专门解读,使之成为一个类似于“青少年社会工作”“家庭社会工作”“农村社会工作”“妇女社会工作”等的专门性实践及研究领域。承前所述,聚焦文化社会工作的基本意涵、主要的学术与现实意义及实践进路,不仅能使社会工作更好地成为协调新时代个人、文化和社会之间关系的重要力量,而且有助于把社会工作引入文化问题排查、分析与解决过程,给社会工作参与社会治理、社会工作学科建设、社会工作服务效果提升等带来一些新思路。

Since its inception,culture has been rooted in the philosophy and methods of social work.In recent years,although the academic circles have put forward very rich theories around the term“culture”and“social work”,promoted the development of“localization”of social work and the generation of social work research logic with regional characteristics,however,“cultural social work”has not yet been specifically interpreted,making it a specialized practice and research field similar to“youth social work”,“family social work”,“rural social work”and“women's social work”.In line with the foregoing,it focuses on the basic meaning,main academic and practical significance of“cultural social work”and its practical approach.It can not only make social work better become an important force for coordinating the relationship between individuals,culture and society in the new era,but also helps to introduce social work into the identification,analysis and solution of cultural problems,and brings some new ideas to social work participation in social governance,the construction of social work disciplines,and the improvement of social work service effects.
