上海市老年人长期照护服务体系探索

The Construction of Long-term Care Service System and the Exploration of the Elderly Care Model in Shanghai

人口老龄化已经成为中国人口的发展趋势,由此引出老年人长期照顾的重大议题。本文在文献回顾和观察比较的基础上,比较深入地分析了上海"居家安老"模式的实践、特点和存在的主要问题,并由此提出完善和发展上海老年人长期照护体系的建议。

Aging population has become the trend of population development in China,which leads to the major issues of long-term care for the elderly.on the basis of literature exploration and observation,this paper analyzes the practice,characteristics and main problems of Shanghai’s"home-care"model,and puts forward some suggestions for improving and developing the long-term care system of the elderly in Shanghai.
