反身与整合视角下精神卫生社会工作者主体性问题的探析——以上海市精神卫生领域为例

An Analysis of the Subjectivity of Mental Health Social Workers in Reflexive and Integrated Perspective:The Study that Chose Mental Health Social Worker Services in Shanghai as Examples

精神疾病现已超出单纯的医学问题和简单的社会事实的范畴,而越来越成为全球性的重大公共卫生问题和较为突出的社会问题。精神卫生社会工作者作为促进精神障碍人士个体复原和社会回归过程中的新兴重要专业人员之一,其主体性存在也越来越受到医疗卫生领域专家、学者的关注。精神卫生社会工作者嵌入医疗服务体系之中,极易在医护专业权威极高的情境中失去主体性,而被建构为医疗服务团队的"客体",甚至会堕入一种"缄默文化"之中。本文以上海市精神卫生社会工作者服务为例,基于反身与整合视角,就其主体性建构方面所面临的困境进行呈现和探讨,并提出相关对策建议。

Nowadays,mental illness is beyond simple medical problems and categories of social facts.And mental illness has become one of global major public health problem and prominent social problem.The subjectivity of M ental Health Social worker attracted more and more the attention of experts and scholars in the field of health care.Because that social worker as anew and important professional force in rehabilitation services team promote the mental disabilities to recovery and return to society.Mental health social workers area easily lost subjectivity in the situation of high medical professional authority who embedded in the medical service system,and being constructed for medical service team of"object".Even fall into the culture of"silent".The study that chose mental health social worker services in Shanghai as examples,and in the perspective of reflexive and integration to presentedanddiscussed the difficult that to construct subjectivity,and provided some suggestions.
