Research and Application of Key Technologies of Waterproofing of Prefabricated Rail Transit Underground Stations

装配式轨道交通地下车站在国内处于起步阶段。以长春装配式轨道交通地下车站为例,通过理论分析、室内试验研究等技术,对装配式结构防水,如密封垫防水、注浆系统等进行了重点研究并提出了综合防水方案,建立了相对完善的装配式轨道交通地下车站结构防水体系。这为今后类似工程提供了可借鉴的经验。

The prefabricated rail transit underground stations are in their infancy in China.Taking the prefabricated rail transit underground station in Changchun as an example,the key technologies of waterproofing of prefabricated structure,such as the gasket waterproofing and grouting system,have been studied through theoretical analysis and indoor experiments.A comprehensive waterproofing scheme has been proposed to establish a relatively sound waterproofing system for the prefabricated structures of underground rail transit stations,providing a reference for similar projects in the future.
