摘要
目的探讨叙事团体心理训练对集训期新兵生活满意度、自我效能感和心理弹性的干预效果。方法采取整群抽样法抽取某训练基地于2020年9月入伍新兵154人,采取以连为单位整建制分组法分成干预组(73人)和对照组(81人)。干预组接受9次叙事团体心理训练,每周1~2次,每次2~2.5 h;对照组不接受干预。使用生活满意度量表(satisfaction with life scale,SWLS)、一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)和心理弹性量表简版(10-item Connor-Davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC-10)在干预前(T_(1))、干预结束即刻(T_(2))、干预结束后1个月(T_(3))对两组成员进行评估。结果训练前两组成员人口统计学信息及各心理学指标均无显著统计差异(P>0.05)。(1)生活满意度测量时间与分组的交互效应有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预组的生活满意度在T_(2)显著高于对照组(P<0.01);(2)自我效能感测量时间与分组的交互效应有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组自我效能感在T_(2)和T_(3)均显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);(3)心理弹性测量时间与分组的交互效应有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预组的心理弹性在T_(2)显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论集训期开展叙事团体心理训练能显著提升新兵生活满意度、自我效能感、心理弹性水平,增强新兵心理适应能力。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of narrative group psychological training on life satisfaction,self-efficacy and psychological resilience of recruits during the training period.Methods A total of 154 recruits from a training base in September 2020 were selected by cluster sampling.Two companies were randomly selected as the intervention group(n=73)and the control group(n=81).The intervention group received 9 times of narrative group psychological training(1~2 times a week,2~2.5 h each time),while the control group received no intervention.The satisfaction with life scale(SWLS),general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)were used to evaluate the life satisfaction,self-efficacy and psychological resilience level of the two groups in 3 different time points:before intervention(T_(1)),at the end of intervention(T_(2))and 1 month after intervention(T_(3)).Results(1)The interaction effect of grouping and the measurement time of life satisfaction was statistically significant(P<0.01).The life satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group in T_(2)(P<0.01).(2)The interaction effect of grouping and the measurement time of self-efficacy was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-efficacy of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group both in T_(2)and T_(3)(P<0.01,P<0.05).(3)The interaction effect of grouping and the measurement time of psychological resilience was statistically significant(P<0.01).The psychological resilience of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group in T_(2)(P<0.01).Conclusion The narrative group psychological training during the training period can significantly improve the level of life satisfaction,self-efficacy and psychological resilience and enhance the psychological adaptability of recruits.
