浅析低压开关柜触头发热原因分析及解决措施

Analysis and Solution of the Contact Heating Cause in the Low Voltage Switchgear

因为低压开关柜有着操作便利、动作的可靠性高、检修工作比较简单等多个方面的优势,所以,它已经被大范围地使用在企业的配电所中。但在实际使用低压开关柜的时候,经常会发生触头发热的情况,并导致一系列安全隐患的产生,严重时还会造成烧毁等事故。基于此,本文首先将分析低压开关柜触头发热的原因,然后提出具体的解决措施,希望能够降低低压开关柜发热问题的发生率。

Low-voltage switchgear has many advantages,such as convenient operation,high reliability and simple maintenance,so it has been widely used in power distribution stations of enterprises.However,in the actual use of low-voltage switchgear,it often occurs contact heat,and leads to a series of potential safety hazards,in serious cases,will cause burning and other accidents.Based on this,this paper will firstly analyze the causes of low-voltage switchgear contact heat,and then put forward specific solutions,hope to reduce the incidence of low-voltage switchgear heat problem.
