利用相似度分析方法缩短变电站端子箱、机构箱内驱潮装置故障排查时间

Using Analytical Method of Similarity to Shorten Trouble Seeking Time of Dispersed Device in the Terminal Box and Mechanism Box of Transformer Substations

排查变电站内端子箱、机构箱箱体的密封性以及驱潮装置是否正常工作是一项十分重要的工作。以往变电运维人员只能通过手工检查每个箱体内驱潮装置是否正常工作,肉眼观察和判断箱体密封性是否良好,整个排查过程耗时而费力。通过利用无线温湿度测量装置检测每个箱体的温度数据,将箱体内温度数据与外部环境相对应的温度数据进行相似度分析,能快速找出密封不良和驱潮装置故障的箱体,大大缩短了排查时间,减轻变电运维人员工作量。

It is very important work to find out whether the hermeticity of the terminal box and mechanism box and dispersed device in the transformenr substation is normal or not.In the past,service workers can only chech up whether each box internal dispersed device operates or met by hand and the hermeticity of the box is fine or not by nakedeye.The whole seeking process expends time and power.By using a wireless hygrothermoscope to check each temperature data of the box,make an analysis of relative temperature data of the boxin ternal temperature data and external environment,it can quickly find out the box of badseal and the dispersed device with fault,greatly shorten seeking time and reduce work load of the service workers.
