油气管网突发事件应急决策辅助系统的开发与应用

摘要 介绍了长输管道应急决策辅助GIS系统,实现了所辖输油气管道的应急资料数据、管道基础数据的分类统一管理,以及管道应急响应的体系化流程化处理。通过建立输油气管网应急管理“一张图”,实现了输油气管网可视化应急处置、智能化应急建设以及完善了应急管理和保障机制。 A GIS system for emergency decision-making of long-distance pipelines has been constructed,which helps the management and classification of emergency data and basic data of oil and gas pipelines under its jurisdiction,as well as the systematic and procedural processing of emergency response.It visualized emergency response,intelligented emergency construction,improved emergency management and ensured safe operation.
