摘要
介绍了水磨机用永磁电机轴断裂失效的几种可能,通过仿真分析,金相分析,计算校核等手段,定位出了原因,并给出了改善措施。
It introduces several causes of permanent magnet motor shaft fracture failure.Through simulation analysis,metallographic analysis and calculation,the causes are identified and improvement measures are provided.
