摘要
对箱式电机外风路的风阻特性和外流场分布规律进行全三维数值模拟计算,得出了运行工况下外风路的冷却风量、风阻值和机械损耗。阐述了进口格栅、冷却弯头和M型冷却器不同流域的流体流动状态,并针对M型冷却器提出了“分区分层”的流动特性分析方法,揭示了冷却器的非均匀风速分布和流动特性规律。
Through the three-dimensional numerical simulation of wind resistance and distribution of external flow field of box-type motor,the cooling volume,wind resistance and mechanical loss of the external flow field in operation are obtained.The flow states in different parts of cooler are described and analyzed,and the uneven wind speed and flow characteristics are revealed.
