摘要
通过构建有限空间作业固有安全风险评估指标体系,建立有限空间作业固有安全风险评估和分级方法,实现任一有限空间作业固有安全风险实施评估和分级,并按照风险级别制定管控措施和审批级别,从而建立起包含固有安全风险分级内容的有限空间作业台账,有效提高风险管控措施针对性和作业审批效率。
It established a risk assessment and grading method for confined space operations by constructing an assessment system.Implementing the assessment and grading can develop control measures and approval levels based on risks.Also a confined space operation list can be established to improve the pertinence of control measures and the efficiency of approval.
