摘要
由于电能质量会引起电机电流不平,通过试验介绍一个在现场简便有效的判别方法。对小功率电机而言,试验证明由于工艺不稳定,产生了绕组匝数不等,造成的阻抗不对称足以影响电流的不对称。提高认识,工艺改进后,由此引起的电流不平问题得到彻底解决。
A simple method used onsite for identifying unbalanced current due to power quality is introduced.For low-power motors,poor processes can cause different winding turns,resulting in impedance asymmetry that can affect current asymmetry.After the process was improved,the problem can be solved.
