烟草粉尘燃爆特性实验研究

摘要 选取特定烟草生产车间不同除尘工艺段的粉尘,在实验室中对其粉尘云燃爆特性参数进行了测试分析。结果表明:烟叶除尘管中粉尘的爆炸压力、爆炸压力上升速率均较烟叶除尘设备、烟梗除尘设备中的高;三种烟草粉尘的爆炸下限均较低,介于90~140 g/m^(3)之间;烟梗除尘设备中粉尘云、粉尘层最低着火温度均较烟叶除尘管、烟叶除尘设备中的低,分别为420℃、280℃;烟梗除尘设备中粉尘云的点火能量最低为:380 mJ<E_(min)<390 mJ。 In order to prevent and control explosions in the tobacco dust removal workshop,the dust in different removal process was selected to do the explosion test.The results show that the explosion pressure and increased pressure rate in the leaf removal tube are higher than those in the removal equipment and stem removal equipment.The lower explosion limit of the dust is 90 to 140 g/m^(3).The minimum ignition temperatures of dust clouds and layers in stem removal equipment are lower than those in the leaf removal tube and the removal equipment,which are 420℃and 280℃.The minimum ignition energy of the dust cloud in stem removal equipment is 380 mJ to 390 mJ.These findings can provide reference for the prevention and control of explosion in dust removal process.
